My name is Stefan and I have been in the fitness industry since 2004. I am a Personal Trainer and a Fitness Coach. I have qualifications in Indoor Cycling, Fitness Pilates, TRX Suspension Training and Insanity. I specialise in weight loss and body conditioning. I have a lot of passion for cycling, both indoors and outdoors. I offer Personal Training Session and Nutrition Consultations.
